My Werewolves for Fear and Faith

Just quick drybrush paintjobs which I'm not too pleased with (might go back and tidy up the wolf-men in particular). They should hold up well enough for the tabletop though.

Westwind models again, I'm not too impressed by the wolf men (the shoulders are a bit funny and the detail could be better) but the big wolf and regular wolves I can't recommend enough. I have some more werewolves for my Roadkill games to be painted, these are from the Secrets of the third Reich game from Westwind and are much nicer models.

More Roadkill

Having taken a few days holiday between bank holidays I'm hoping to finish off a few outstanding projects.

Firstly some cops for Roadkill/Fear and Faith. (Wargames Foundry)

Roadkill

A couple of years ago I discovered the Westwind Productions Roadkill line and fell in love with it. Sadly the rules which it went with it were so badly edited that they were useless. I still ended up with a pile of painted figures that haven't seen much gaming.

With my new obsession with Fear and Faith, I've pulled them out of the box and started stat-ing them up.

Rednecks, some of the most characterful models ever sculpted in my opinion!

First LPL Win

Well I managed to win my first LPL draw with some Uruk-Hai

These were painted for a Song of Blades and Heroes warband to add to some other Uruk-Hai I got from ebay a few years back (painted by Jim Bowen, formerly of Foundry, not Bullseye, no less).

I might re-paint the bows a different colour (black most likely) as I'm not happy with them, any thoughts?

I have another group of 6 on my painting table (including Ugluk, a beserker and one carrying an hobbit) that should be all that I need.

Goblins

This weekends entry to the LPL, some goblins for my Warhammer Orc and Goblin Army. I'm intending to have around 30 of these chaps plus the new sneaky gits (which I'm holding back as a reward for getting twenty done...)

I've got the next ten undercoated and assembled, but have got distracted by painting Uruk-Hai for a Song of Blades and Heroes game down the club on Monday and drybrushing a small Werewolf warband for Fear and Faith (pics forthcoming!).

Managed to win a 2v2 game down the club on Monday. Dwarves vs Empire (10mm). Me and Dick managed to take down Barry and Dillon, helped mostly by the pursuit rules which stopped Barry rolling up our line with his knights and Griffon-mounted General. Forgot my camera though so no pics.

 Also had a 1500point Warhammer game in my flat against Pete from work. A close game, which saw me come out on top by about 50points. No pics thanks to the lights above the table not working! (Pete's army is mostly unpainted too)
